How to install a hollow shaft slip ring

• 1、mounting the slip ring to the shaft；
• 2、fix rotor to the rotating Axis with 4 pcs screw；
• 3、fix the anti-rotation tab with screw , make sure the slip ring smooth rotatingly.

部分微型过孔滑环,尺寸小,扭矩也非常小,安装时,只需固定转子和定子部位的出线即可,也可以将滑环外壳与设备固定。

• 1、将滑环要安放在A设备的旋转轴上；
• 2、固定滑环转子部分出线；
• 3、固定滑环定子部分出线。

Sometimes the rotor and the stator is difficult to ensure the concentricity, suggest fix rotor to the rotating axis with 4pcs screws. hold anti-rotation tab by torque arm to the stator. we don't suggest customer to install both sides of slip ring too tightly, it may damage slip ring and shorten the working life.
