Working principle of Senring 4 circuits pneumatic rotary joint--electric-pneumati
Pneumatic rotary joints, also called pneumatic slip ring or hydraulic slip ring, are used in automatic station and some mechanical equipments that need to transmit kinds of pneumatic and hydraulic when 360° rotating. They support many mediums, such as hot oil, steam, compressed air, water, coolant, etc.
For customer having a more intuitive understanding to the working principle of Senring pneumatic-hydraulic rotary joints, this video is made specially by the technical personnel of Senring. It's just a brief demo, and we will update the use video of pneumatic slip ring in equipment in future. The screw part in video is used to show that how the slip ring is installed and fixed.
The pneumatic slip ring we used for presentation currently is a 4 circuits pure pneumatic slip ring(actually the standard model of Senring including 1 circuit pneumatic, 2 circuits pneumatic, 3 circuits pneumatic, 4 circuits pneumatic, 6 circuits pneumatic, 8 circuits pneumatic, 12 circuits pneumatic, 16 circuits pneumatic, etc.). The video demo of hybrid pneumatic-hydraulic series slip ring will be updated later.
